Triathalon Fun!

Today was a good day! Talia and Tiff got up bright and early and headed to St. George for Talia's first Triathalon & Tiff's second. Last year Tiff finished in 45 min and wanted to beat her time from last year this year. Talia did it because her mom wanted her to. We both ended up with friends there!! Tiffs friend Keri came and brought her daughter Kallie. (Kallie and Talia are in the same class at school) The little girls helped the big girls and the big moms helped the little girls and overall we really had fun! Tiff won, Talia finished. Then Kallie won and Keri won her age group. Winning is fun, but doing something you have never done before and completing it is even funner! I love you Talia!! Thank you for doing so good.

After the swim, she was thinking she might die, during the bike she was tired, but after the run and the race was finished, she was sure she was going to die. She didnt. She is fine now and looking back realized it was KINDA fun.

Talia and Kate's Week at the Dorian's!

A few weeks ago Keven and I had the opportunity to take a trip to Hawaii! We had so much fun and it was very comforting to know that Talia and Kate were safe and happy at my sister Shari's house. They had a very busy week!

~Day 1~

~Day 2~

Aunt Shari took the girls to the 'cookie' store (grocery store) and then they had a great time playing outside in her backyard.

Looks like they both want that ball!

Digging in the dirt was a favorite activity!




Talia loved playing with the ball too!





These balloons kept these girls busy for hours! They just kept trying to blow them up over and over again and thought it was hilarious when the air would come out by itself.





Every night Kate and Eden took a bubble bath together with the Barbies!

~Day 3~

One of the highlights of the week was making playdough cookies. They even put them in the oven to 'pretend' to cook!

When Shari was going through Kate's clothes to pick an outfit she found some pants that were just like a pair that Eden had so....the girls dressed up like twins!

Uncle Butch mentioned that it would be a good idea to provide Kate with a present to open while Eden was opening all her gifts so she wouldn't feel left out.

~Day 4~

Kate and Talia got to take a little field trip with Aunt Shari while Eden was at preschool! They loved seeing the beautiful San Diego Temple.

If you look real closely...with a magnifying glass maybe...you can see them posing on the wall. But hey, the temple looks nice in the background!

Next it was off to Target. Each of them got to pick one new toy!




Talia chose a new Polly Pocket.




Kate chose some new pony toys and Aunt Shari just HAD to buy her her very own ball. (Apparently there were many fights in the backyard over the balls and this was an easy way to solve that problem!) Kate was so excited!

~Day 5~

Only one picture for todays activities. (Darn Shari was slacking on her photog duties! :) )

The girls had fun watching movies and doing some fingerpainting with their cousins.

~Day 6~

The final day included another trip to the park, lunch at home then lots of playing in the backyard.
